WELCOME!
Lake Havasu City Elks Lodge has a landscaped, easily accessible RV Park. There are 25 full-service sites with 50/30/20 amp electric, water, and sewer. All sites are level and graveled with room for one towed vehicle. Parking for additional vehicles is available in the paved lodge parking lot adjacent to the RV Park. Reservations are strongly encouraged for stays during October – May. If there are no full-service sites available, overflow parking (dry camping) is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Dry camping may be limited from August to January due to our lodge expansion project. The park has a resident Camp Host from Mid-September- April 30th and is located in site 7.
Traveling Elks are always welcome. Per our agreement with the city, the maximum consecutive length of stay is 14 days, PLEASE DO NOT BOOK CONSECUTIVE STAYS TO AVOID THIS RULE, THEY WILL BE CANCELED. All RVs must be self-contained with a working bathroom. Tent camping or sleeping in non-RVs is not permitted. Please adhere to signage when entering and exiting the RV park.
Mid-September – April Registration: Upon arrival, please contact the Camp Host in site 7 to verify your space number and register, or call the Camp Host at 928-412-9295. If you need to cancel or change a reservation, please call the Camp Host, do not send a request through the website.
May through Mid-September Registration: for stays during this period, reservations are not accepted, it is first come, first served. However, finding an empty site should not be a problem. Please register and pay in the lodge bar. Registration forms are adjacent to the bar door. Please fill out, place one copy with payment in the envelopes provided, and drop it in the RV registration box provided. Please keep one copy and place it in your RV window.
RV Parking is for Elk members only however, guest RVs may accompany member RVs if space is available. Please no Non-Elk Guests Mid-December – May 1st. During these busy months, priority is given to Elk Members. Elks traveling with a Non-Elk must call the camp host for reservations at 928-412-9295. You must have a current membership card to register.
Daily rates:
Year Round – $40 per night.
HOW TO BOOK YOUR RESERVATION
Review the map (below) to familiarize yourself with our layout. You are booking a space in our park, the Camphost may need to move your reservation space before your arrival due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Step #1: Select Check-in and Check-out Date (available dates appear in a green square). Click [Search]. Click [Next].
- Step #2: Choose an accommodation space number. If a space is not listed, it has been already reserved. Click [Next].
- Step #3: Enter Your personal details.
- Step #4: Review Reservation Summary.
- Step #5: Accept our Policies
- Step #6: Click [Book Now] to book the reservation. You will be asked to pay a $40 deposit to secure your reservation. You will receive a receipt via email when your deposit is confirmed.
- Step #7: Check Your Email. You will receive a confirmation from [email protected] with the details of your reservation.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Once you select a check-in date, the calendar will change to show you the available check-out dates. Please review the Legend so you are familiar with the color codes.
- If more than one space is available for your selected dates, you will be asked to select a space. If only one space is available, you will be assigned that space; the space number will appear on your email confirmation.
- If you are unable to reserve a space, then all 25 spaces have already been reserved for the dates you have selected. You can call the Camp Host to check what different dates may be available.
- IMPORTANT! TO ACCOMMODATE AS MANY TRAVELING ELKS AS POSSIBLE, THE RV CAMP HOST MAY CHANGE YOUR SPACE ASSIGNMENT AT THEIR DISCRETION.
- Lake Havasu City Elks 2399 reserves the right to refuse/terminate service to members or guests who refuse to adhere to lodge by-laws, rules & policies.
